Tunes you grew up with, wish you had and will always love. This is about great music, not guilty pleasures. Expect a party extravaganza with a soundtrack to rival most.

We always like to have, guest deejays playing a 45 minute set on 45. Thanks to Handsome Dave Rocker, Mark James, Fly Mic and Dbee, Ms Mono & Dj Spence for playing wicked durty 45 sets.

Its not just about old classic 45s. The 7" record has made a comeback, with labels like Sunday Best, Third Man Records, Wah Wah 45s, Ghetto Funk, First World Records and XL Recordings, to name a few, still producing them. There is still some fascination with these shiny pieces of plastic. Music fans to collectors, love the physical presence of the record; the sound, the artwork you get with it, even the smell makes them cool. 

For a fun fun night, you can't go wrong with Durty 45.

 

What is Durty 45 Bus?

Durty 45 in a Volkswagon Bus, to promote 'NO MORE DURTY WATER' to like minded people. To get more people involved.

Adding to the nostalgia of vinyl 45s, which better way than in a 1978 VW Bus. Loaded up with records, turntables, deejays, staging and lights, and a kickin sound system,

Rocking party tunes reflecting the Durty 45 deejays tastes by night, and by day, we play a more downtempo, chilled out, left-of-centre set with both classic and contemporary tracks. 

This would look fantastic in a field, forest and/or urban surround-ings. However it would look amazing in a marquee, even up on a stage. Could be part of an existing festival venue, or a brand new one.
